ExpressCard
ExpressCard is an interface to install in the laptop computer, notebook or netbook. It is designed to add new features into your laptop computer by inserting different Expresscard into the ExpressCard slots. There are ExpressCard/34 and ExpressCard/54 standard. ExpressCard is designed to replace the PC Card (PCMCIA CardBus).
There are wide range of ExpressCard available now, such as USB 3.0 ExpressCard, Firewire ExpressCard, eSATA ExpressCard, USB 2.0 ExpressCard, WiFi ExpressCard, HSDPA 3.6Mbps ExpressCard, Serial Port ExpressCard, Parallel Port ExpressCard, CF ExpressCard, Gigabit Ethernet ExpressCard and some other more. The Data Transfer rate of ExpressCard is up to 5Gbps.
